Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our product, once it is shipped it cannot be returned.

 

If we have shipped something in error please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We currently only ship to the US.

 

We make every possible effort to get orders out in a expedient and timely manner.

Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday via USPS Priority Mail. 

We offer free US Shipping on all orders over $60. All US orders $59.99 and under will have shipping charges added.

If your order is $60 and over, your cart will be updated in the "Shipping" section of the checkout.

We will provide tracking/confirmation numbers and you can track your packages within the "My Account" section.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
